And what will be Vancouver's tallest building going up down the street on Georgia, half hotel, half condos, and to my mind at this point really quite ugly.

And I don't remember noticing before the train and the ship beside BC's coat of arms in stone on the front of the hotel. Perhaps the train is the Royal Hudson?

I did wander outside for a while and noted the flags on the Vancouver Hotel across the street--Australia, China, Japan, Mexico--where guests are coming from these days.

Christ Church Cathedral's Vestry last Sunday, Feb. 24. Not terribly eventful, I must say. But I felt I should be there, along with the other 99 parishioners who attended.
