Despite the skeptical look, I think Jack might even vote for Gregor, a young man running on being atypical for the NDP - for the last few years he's owned and operated a fruit juice company. He's a businessman. (I think Grandpa's look was at Rosalind, who took these pictures... I was off working.)
Ros organized a coffee party for the NDP candidate, Gregor Robertson, at Granny's house on the weekend. This was on the front door.

Accompanying them to the Tsawwasen ferry terminal were Emilie Smith (behind) and Paul Borthistle, and myself. It took most of the day. Luckily, the rain held off most of the time, and in the morning skies were blue.
And bicycles with "3 in 1" oil. The dean had a short ceremony printed up for the blessing of the bikes and bicyclists.
Here are our American friends setting off for San Diego - Mary, Dave, Mike, and Kathleen. Dave is a lawyer, and Mike an Episcopal priest. The wives let them go on this trip.
